Often, people who may have an interest in a priestly or religious vocation wonder if they truly have a call. How can they know? Is there a way to find out if one has a certain interest or aptitude for such a vocation?
To find out, we invite you to take the Ministry Potential Discerner (MPD) Self-Assessment Survey. The MPD is a comprehensive spiritual evaluation tool consisting of 39 simple questions designed to measure one's vocational potential in serving the Lord and His Church as a priest, religious or consecrated person. It points out many areas of strengths, insight and Catholic values when taken honestly and conscientiously.
The information gathered from the answers given are useful in discerning whether or not God may be calling you to a vocation of consecrated witness and selfless service within the Church. Why not find out if you have what it takes to pursue a possible calling?
If you want to "test your call," please click on the "To MPD" button below. This will take you directly to the MPD website. Once there, please type in the pre-authorized entry code IRL0203 in the space provided. Then proceed to fill out completely the personal information and answer the self-assessment survey questions.
When finished, click the "submit" button to end your session. An e-mail revealing the results of your survey will be sent to you within a week or two. Additional information will also be provided to take the next step on your vocational journey.
God bless you!
