Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

Hamden, CT

An international congregation, the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus was founded to attain a perfect love for God by making the Heart of Jesus known, loved, and served. The sisters follow Jesus in order to imitate his virtues according to the Gospel and to understand the loving secrets of his Heart.

Retreats are held throughout the year in different locations for Catholic women 18-35 years old who are discerning a call to religious life. Come celebrate and pray with the Apostles, connect with other women who are contemplating religious life, and enjoy time for personal reflection and group sharing.

Women’s Discernment Group in St. Louis: “Is God Tugging at your Heart?”: Do you find yourself wondering what God really has in mind for you? If you are a woman, age 18-30, and would like to explore methods of discernment, pray about your vocation, deepen your relationship with Christ and meet other young women seeking to discern their vocations too, you might be interested in joining the Women’s Discernment Group at SLU.
