Mission
We, Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, are a contemplative monastic community dedicated to the Eucharist. We serve the Church through our prayer and common life according to the Rule of St. Benedict. We adore Christ in the Eucharist, and seek Him in all that we do, all whom we meet, and all that we encounter.
Qualifications
We accept women between the ages of 20 and 40 who are in good health physically and mentally and have no children (even adult children). You must be a practicing Catholic for a minimum of two years before entering. If you have been married, you must have an annulment.
Formation
Initial formation is a minimum of six years. This includes the postulancy, which can last from 12 to 18 months. The Novitiate lasts two years, and after First Profession, the title of Sister is earned. Perpetual vows may be taken three years after first vows.
Belated Vocations
May permit limited exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
