Mission

We Brothers of the Third Order Regular of Saint Francis form a lay religious institute of Pontifical Right. We observe the life of the Gospel through prayer, apostolic works, and fraternity. Our apostolate is to live the Gospel through our educational and pastoral ministries of the Church. As non-ordained religious, we make Christ present by rebuilding his Church.

Qualifications

• Be between 18 -45 years of age • A U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident • In good physical and mental health • Committed to living the vows of poverty, chastity and obedience • A practicing Catholic for at least 2 years after the completion of the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation) • Free of significant financial and/or family obligations • A high school graduate or its equivalency.

Formation

Postulancy: 12 months; Novitiate: 12 months; Temporary Vows: 3 years
