Mission
We, the Missionary Sisters of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Mercy, are founded by Father Bernard Maria Bui Khai Hoan, CRM, and established in the Diocese of Lincoln on May 4th, 1999 by Bishop Fabian Bruskewitz’s decree. Our charism, the Evangelical Spiritual Childhood, is our path to sanctity in which we live out the privilege to be the children of God as Jesus expressed His filial love to God the Father and His Mother, Mary.
We are dedicated to serving Christ and His Church through the sanctification of our members and apostolates. Our apostolic works always come from a life intimately united with Jesus Christ; therefore, our daily prayer life includes the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Liturgy of the Hours, Eucharistic adoration, and other devotions.
Through our apostolic works of pastoral care, education, child care, health care, and social work, we strive to bring the love of Mary Queen of Mercy to everyone we meet.

Qualifications
Must be at least a high school graduate, in good physical and mental health, have an ardent desire to serve Christ and His Church.
Formation
Six months or more in the candidacy; six month postulancy; two years novitiate, six years in temporary vows prior to final vows.
Belated Vocations
Each person will be considered by her individual case.
