Qualifications
Unmarried Catholic laywoman who has a good will, good health and a spirit of sacrifice. Real separation from the world, silence and solitude, express and protect the integrity and identity of the wholly contemplative life, ensuring that it remains faithful to its specific charism and to the sound traditions of the institute. Pope Saint John Paul II's words of blessing have been and still are a support and encouragement to all cloistered contemplatives. "I entrust to Mary, faithful Virgin and House consecrated to God, your Communities and each one of you. May the Mother of the Lord grant that from your monasteries a ray of that light which enveloped the world when the Word was made flesh and came to live among us should shine forth again!" Formation
For both cloistered and extern, one year postulancy, two years as a novice, three years of temporary vows, and then solemn vows.
