Mission

As daughters of Saints Francis, Clare, and Colette, we treasure their legacy of burning love for Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, steadfast loyalty to the Vicar of Christ and Holy Church, and a life of joyous Gospel poverty. Our community embraces total consecration to Mary Immaculate, Queen of the Seraphic Order, according to the formula of St. Maximilian Mary Kolbe. Our daily life of prayer, work and recreation revolves around Holy Mass and the Divine Office, beginning in the middle of the night with the Office of Matins. Our enclosure bears witness that only God can fill the deepest longing of the human heart. We reach out the arms of our prayer and penance to embrace the needs and hurts of all the world.

Qualifications

High school education required, normal good health and intelligence. An open, teachable mind and a willing, generous heart are necessary.

Formation

Our formation program corresponds with the guidelines given in the recent Vatican documents, with one year of aspirancy, one to two years of postulancy, two years of noviceship, and five years of juniorate (in simple vows), before the sister makes her solemn profession. Then ongoing formation lasts a lifetime!
